Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating Purchase Orders (PO) as per defined formats based on input from respective stakeholders, following standard operating procedures. You will need to coordinate with internal and external teams to confirm details for cancellation, creation, or amendment of PO, and resolve any system errors. Additionally, you will maintain a PR-PO tracker and update Dashboard for internal management reporting. Timely and accurately preparing and sharing reports as per standard frequency and when asked by Management is a key part of your role. Ensuring errorless closure of assigned tasks following agreed TAT and achieving a 100% accuracy rate is crucial. You will also need to understand and apply PTP processes, policies, procedures, and internal control standards. Having a good knowledge of SAP MM/PS with dependent cross-functional modules from an end-user perspective is essential. Timely response to queries raised by internal and external stakeholders and coordinating with vendors for quotations are also part of your responsibilities.
