Job Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent client acquisition.
  • Convert leads into long-term clients through consultative selling and value-driven interactions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with the 10 Cr turnover goal.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and optimize client experiences.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities

Youll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • Proven experience in Meetings & Event ( International & Domestic)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
