Job Description

You will be responsible for achieving marketing conversion targets by executing marketing strategies of the company. Your role will involve assisting in collecting leads from various sources for prospective weddings and developing a database of potential customers. You will accompany the Marketing Manager in visiting high net worth customers to persuade them to make purchases from Malabar. Additionally, you will be required to make customer visits based on leads assigned by the marketing manager and ensure that visit details are updated in the CRM software. Updating showroom staff on relevant information of leads convinced for making purchases in a timely manner is also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, providing information on lead visits to the tele caller for timely updates in the CRM software and collecting information on DNF data from wedding-related agencies, auditoriums, event management, salons, etc., to maintain a prospective customer database are crucial tasks. Planning follow-ups with potential customers based on lead data, age, and other factors is also expected. Your role will involve participating in-store sales to gain an understanding of various products, product offerings, pricing, and customer preferences. As part of the CSR initiative, you will need to check the eligibility of applicants for various charitable schemes introduced by the organization and accurately handle medical trust functions, as well as answer queries related to Charity and HRD from management and prospective customers. - Execute marketing campaigns at the store based on inputs from the marketing manager. - Conduct market surveys regarding competitors" counter sales, observe advertisements, report any false propaganda by competitors, and discuss with superiors. - Monitor the general sentiment about the brand online, including reviews, comments, messages, and posts, and execute online reputation management activities to ensure a neutral/positive sentiment. - Support outdoor activities like hoardings and campaigns organized by the Group and ensure timely reporting of their status to superiors. - Assist in BTL marketing. Ensure that all activities are carried out following Standard Operating Procedures in the section. You will need to prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required within a specified time period. You should continuously strive for self-development by actively seeking growth opportunities. Adherence to timelines for completion of performance appraisals for yourself is essential. You will also be responsible for identifying training needs and completing mandatory training programs/certifications. **Qualification Required:** - Educational Qualification: Graduation; Plus2/PUC - Age: Below 35 - Experience: 4 to 5 years The salary range for this position is as per industry standards in INR.,
