Executive- Marketing

As an Executive in the Marketing team at RELT-RealtyMumbai, your role involves conceptualizing and designing visual content for both print and digital media. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing and designing visual content for various mediums such as brochures, hoardings, site branding, emailers, social media posts, and digital ads. - Creating high-quality layouts and renders for project presentations, floor plans, and marketing kits. - Collaborating with marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure consistency in brand communication and visual identity. - Developing engaging social media creatives to enhance project awareness and lead generation. - Designing event collaterals, site signage, standees, and exhibition branding materials. - Coordinating with external agencies, printers, and vendors for the production and timely delivery of marketing materials. - Staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices. Preferred attributes for this role include having a creative mindset with a strong visual storytelling approach, being a team player with strong communication and coordination skills, and having familiarity with real estate branding, project launches, and campaign design. Your minimum qualification for this role is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
