Job Description

As an Executive- Marketing at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your role involves ensuring the achievement of marketing conversion targets through the execution of company marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities include: - Collecting leads from various sources for potential weddings and building a customer database. - Accompanying the Marketing Manager on visits to high net worth customers to encourage purchases. - Making customer visits based on assigned leads, updating visit details in CRM software, and informing showroom staff promptly. - Providing lead visit information to tele callers for timely updates in CRM software. - Gathering information on DNF data from wedding-related agencies and maintaining a prospective customer database. - Planning follow-ups with potential customers based on lead data, age, and other relevant factors. - Participating in-store sales to understand products, pricing, and customer preferences. - Checking eligibility of applicants for charitable schemes as part of CSR initiatives. - Handling medical trust functions accurately and addressing queries related to Charity and HRD from management and prospective customers. In terms of marketing responsibilities, you will: - Execute marketing campaigns at the store based on inputs from the Marketing Manager. - Conduct market surveys on competitors" counter sales, observe advertisements, and report any false propaganda. - Monitor the brand's online sentiment and engage in online reputation management activities. - Support outdoor activities like hoardings and campaigns organized by the Group and report status timely. - Assist in Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities. For internal processes, you are expected to: - Ensure all activities adhere to Standard Operating Procedures. - Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports within specified timelines. In terms of people development, you should: - Actively seek growth opportunities for self-development. - Adhere to timelines for performance appraisals. - Take responsibility for identifying training needs and completing mandatory training programs/certifications. Please note, the job location is Indore Phoenix Mall, Madhya Pradesh, India. The educational qualification required is Graduation and Plus2/PUC with 4 to 5 years of experience. The salary range will be as per industry standards in Indian Rupees.,
