Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits across South Mumbai.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their investment and lifestyle goals.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close high-value transactions.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, new launches, legal guidelines, and competitive inventory.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients, including HNIs, corporate leaders, and NRIs.
• Coordinate with developers, brokers, legal advisors, and the internal team to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain CRM records, weekly performance reports, and customer follow-up status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales (luxury segment preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-end clientele professionally
• Negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of South Mumbai micro-markets (e.g., Marine Drive, Malabar Hill, Worli, Lower Parel, Colaba, Mahalaxmi, Prabhadevi, Nepean Sea Road)
• Proficiency in CRM and digital sales tools
