The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of Mumbai’s luxury real estate landscape, and the ability to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors. Key Responsibilities Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits across South Mumbai. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their investment and lifestyle goals. Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close high-value transactions. Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, new launches, legal guidelines, and competitive inventory. Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients, including HNIs, corporate leaders, and NRIs. Coordinate with developers, brokers, legal advisors, and the internal team to ensure smooth transactions. Maintain CRM records, weekly performance reports, and customer follow-up status.
