Job Description

Role Overview:

As Executive Human Resources, you will be pivotal in managing our HR operations while assisting the HR Manager in developing strategies that enhance workforce productivity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (50%):

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies utilizing various hiring sources to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update job postings across platforms, managing the applicant tracking system for effective recruitment metrics.
  • Engage in sourcing activities to foster a diverse and qualified talent pool.

Core HR Operations (50%):

  • Assist in managing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and providing solutions to foster positive employee relations.
  • Support the creation and implementation of an employee engagement calendar, planning activities and initiatives that promote team collaboration and morale, while collaborating with the HR team for successful execution.
  • Oversee attendance management processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Participate in the performance management process, assisting with the development and tracking of employee performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, particularly in areas relevant to mental health awareness and support.
  • Prepare and share inputs for HR Management Information System (HR MIS) preparation, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of HR metrics.
  • Draft HR letters, including offer letters, experience letters, and other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate the employee exit process, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including annual returns filing, while monitoring organizational adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Utilize strong data analytics skills to assess HR processes and recommend improvements based on insights.

Qualifications:

  1. Masters degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  2. 25 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or mental health sector.
  3. Proven expertise in recruitment and HR operations.
  4. Skilled in employee relations, grievances, and engagement.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
  6. Proficient in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  7. Advocacy for mental health and commitment to a supportive workplace.
