Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all administrative matters at the location.
  • Maintain and oversee office and facility infrastructure including cleanliness, utilities, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate logistics for employee movements, guest visits, and internal meetings.
  • Handle location-level procurement of office and pantry supplies within approved budgets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including employee movement records, visitor logs, and asset inventory.
  • Collaborate with HR for onboarding, offboarding, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to housekeeping, security, courier, and other third-party services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures pertaining to site operations.
  • Support Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance at the location.
  • Provide general administrative support to production, quality, and other functional departments as needed.
  • Liaise with local government authorities for licenses, statutory compliances, inspections, and approvals.
  • Ensure timely handling and closure of statutory and regulatory requirements at the location level.
