Job Description

Key Responsibilities Ensuring that every staff member is relevant, effective and aligned to the organization's current and future business needs. Conducting training needs analysis, developing training plans, sourcing and qualifying training providers, implementing training programmes, evaluating training effectiveness, performing training administration duties and maintaining training records. Source and recruit candidates by using various Job Portal, databases, social media Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Schedule interview with concern department. Maintain Database of CV and Results. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote companys reputation as best place to work Required Candidate Profile Should have an excellent written and verbal communication. Should have analytical skills & problem solving skills. Should lead and carry the team to achieve organizational goals. Should have zeal to attain growth of organization as well as employees.
