Job Description

HR & Admin Prepare and release marketing and organizational policies Manage organization-wide announcements, circulars, and notices Maintain and update employee records, leave tracking, and attendance reports Handle employee onboarding, exit process, and documentation Organize internal meetings, team gatherings, training sessions, and celebrations Maintain office supplies inventory, and coordinate office maintenance or repairs Liaise with government bodies for statutory compliance when needed Ensure overall office discipline, hygiene, and work environment Accounts & Finance Coordination Review and process marketing promotional activity expenses as per approved budget Review and approve manufacturing factory expenses (utilities, materials, logistics) Coordinate with accountant for: Timely salary and travel expense disbursements Monthly cash flow updates Releasing sales and collection reports to marketing team Maintain and reconcile petty cash for the head office Prepare and track monthly expense reports for internal review Assist in creating basic budgets for events, campaigns, and internal needs Support GST, TDS, and compliance coordination with CA/accountant Marketing Support (Field Force & Coordination) Follow and support marketing team to meet monthly sales and collection targets Ensure field team compliance with organizational policies and reporting formats Coordinate with Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh Super Stockists for inflow/outflow of payments Assist to Track and report field force KPIs, attendance, and daily activity logs Act as a bridge between field team and HO for communication, material dispatches, and campaign support Assist to Maintain marketing team's travel plans, accommodation bookings, and daily work reports Coordinate distribution of marketing materials (samples, brochures, standees, etc.) Maintain performance tracking dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets Candidate Profile: 4–6 years’ experience in a similar multi-functional role Familiar with HR/Admin processes, basic accounting, and marketing support Comfortable using Excel, Tally Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills Fluent in Tamil and English Show more Show less
