Job Description

Executive HR Operations | Payroll, Onboarding, MIS | MBA HR Required

We are looking for an HR Operations Executive with strong experience in multi-location attendance, payroll inputs, onboarding, HRMS, MIS, and statutory compliance. Exposure to PMS/BSC will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage attendance from multiple locations via biometric, swipe & app systems and generate monthly payroll.
Handle complete onboarding: documentation, HRMS activation, ID cards, induction coordination.
Maintain employee data, HRMS updates, confirmations, transfers, and exit documentation.
Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, leave, headcount, attrition) and dashboards.
Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF) and audit documentation.
Support PMS cycles goal-setting, review tracking, PI letters.

Required Skills

Strong Excel/MIS skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Hands-on experience with biometric/swipe attendance systems.
In-depth Knowledge of payroll generation and statutory compliance.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, strong follow-up.
Good communication and coordination skills.
