Role & responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
  • Apprenticeship: Manage apprentice onboarding and stipend claim
  • HR Operations: Execute welfare activities and maintain personnel files. Implement HR policies and draft SOPs. Prepare data for GPA and GMC renewals.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate internal, external, ISO, and 5S audits.
  • Contract Labour Management (CLMS): Communicate with contractors and manage compliance and access. Draft letters and emails related to CLMS.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely renewal of licenses (PESO, RC, Factory License, Annual Returns).

Who should apply?

  • Proficient in Excel and preferably have exposure in SAP
