Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience to lead our Payroll and HR Operations. The role covers end-to-end payroll, statutory compliance, HR systems, and employee lifecycle management.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Lead and manage all aspects of Payroll and HR Operations.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
  • Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
  • Oversee HR systems and drive process improvements and automation.
  • Maintain data integrity and develop/enforce HR policies.
  • Manage audits and internal controls.
Job Requirements
  • Proven expertise in payroll, reimbursement, audits, compliance, and HR process automation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
