Job Description

Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Location:

HR Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibility:

Oversee end-to-end
HR operations
, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
Manage
employee onboarding and exit procedures
smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain and update
employee records, personal files, and HR databases
accurately.
Handle
attendance management, leave tracking
, and prepare monthly HR reports.
Support the
payroll process
by consolidating attendance, leave, and salary-related data.
Prepare and issue
HR documents
including offer letters, confirmation letters, and ID cards.
Assist in
statutory compliance
activities and internal HR audits.
Contribute to
employee engagement
and
performance management
initiatives.
Address
employee queries
related to HR policies, payroll, and attendance in a timely manner.

Requirements:

25 years of experience in
HR Operations or MIS Reporting
.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and
Power BI
.
Strong
attention to detail
, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to work
night shifts
from the
Tiruchirappalli
location.
