About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive to join our dynamic team at Harbour & Hills. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and the ability to deliver accurate financial reports while supporting business decisions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with management and contribute to the financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP, including:

o Service invoices, monthly expenses, prepaid & provisions

o Posting and reviewing financial entries

· Perform bank reconciliations and verify ledgers, statements, and accounts.

· Ensure accuracy by substantiating financial transactions with proper documentation.

· Monitor and compute provisions (taxation, depreciation, etc.) and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.

· Prepare and review management reports, financial analysis, and account schedules on a timely basis.

· Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts; track actual vs. budgeted figures.

· Support quarterly reporting and liaise with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

· Ensure company compliance in secretarial/administrative matters.

· Coordinate with the office management team and support other administrative tasks.

· Take minutes of meetings and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Desired Skills & Experience

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred).

· Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting with solid exposure to Tally ERP and handling a full set of accounts.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate financial reports.

· Fluency in verbal and written English; strong communication skills.

· Prior audit and commercial accounting exposure is a plus.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Skilled at prioritizing tasks, working under strict timelines, and delivering flawless results.

· A proactive team player with a structured and methodical approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
