Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update records of all contracts in an organized and accurate manner.
• Liaise with HR and cross-functional teams to gather necessary data for reporting.
• Extract revenue and material cost reports from the system and reconcile them with MIS for accurate incentive calculations.
• Calculate and finalize revenue sharing as per contractual terms and ensure timely release of payments.
• Perform calculations and process payments related to referral commissions as per agreement terms.
• Maintain all workings, trackers, and supporting documents systematically.
• Address and resolve queries raised by contracting parties with accuracy and professionalism.
• Deliver reports within the stipulated timelines.
• Prepare reconciliations and audit schedules in line with internal and external audit requirements.
• Post accounting entries related to revenue sharing, referral commission, and other assigned tasks.
• Prepare employee cost files for management reporting based on payroll data.
• Continuously review and enhance existing processes for improved efficiency.
• Assist the Assistant Manager – Finance in various management reporting activities.
