Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Director based in Pune. The Executive Director will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of the firm. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring teams, developing and implementing business strategies, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving business growth. The Executive Director will also play a key role in risk management and mitigation, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience in Risk Management, Risk Mitigation, and Insurance Placement Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies Excellent client relationship management and communication skills Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities Experience in mentoring and developing team members Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field; advanced degree preferred Show more Show less
