Executive - Demand Planning

Job Summary:

Novumgen Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Demand Planning (Fresher) to join our Corporate Office in Vadodara. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their careers in supply chain and demand planning. The selected candidate will support the planning team in forecasting, inventory management, and coordination activities to ensure smooth business operations and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in demand forecasting and preparation of basic reports under guidance.
• Support in analyzing historical sales data and identifying trends.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Business Development, and Project Management) for data collection and alignment.
• Help in monitoring logistics and supply chain performance to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing inventory levels.
• Participate in periodic stock audits and support inventory control activities.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for demand planning tools and processes.
• Learn and support compliance with company policies, SOPs, and legal standards.
• Contribute to problem-solving in case of supply chain disruptions or delays.

• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-motivated and eager to build a career in demand planning and supply chain management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
