About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across GCC.
  • Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (to meet client needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering solutions aligned with objectives.
  • Prepare performance reports, track client issues, and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow client accounts.
  • Regularly connect with clients to understand their challenges and unmet needs.
  • Ensure timely communication of solutions back to the client.
  • Drive revenue and profit growth from key accounts by meeting set targets.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduation
  • 2+ years experience in Key Account Management / Client Servicing / Customer Support.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
