Job Description

  • To manage and resolve customer requirements & queries.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • To respond to high volume incoming calls from customers in a polite & gentle manner
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Able to resolve customers queries in a timely and qualitative manner
Qualifications and Skills
  • Any degree
  • 0 - 5 years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills (Tamil and English)
  • Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
