- Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management

- Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and safety

- Control food costs, inventory, and wastage

- Collaborate with suppliers to source top-quality ingredients

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Drive innovation and creativity in menu development

*Requirements:*

- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related field

- 5+ years of experience in a high-end kitchen

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation

- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
