Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, create and refine recipes, plan menus, train and supervise kitchen staff, and ensure food quality standards are maintained. The role also involves managing inventory, controlling costs, and adhering to food safety regulations. Collaboration with the management team to introduce new menu items and optimize operations is a key part of the role. Qualifications Experience in recipe development, menu planning, and food preparation Proficiency in kitchen management, inventory control, and cost management Skills in team leadership, training, and staff supervision Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and quality standards Attention to detail, creativity in culinary techniques, and ability to work in fast-paced environments Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts is preferred Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role is an advantage
