Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Director. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, fluent in English, and capable of managing schedules, communication, documentation, and confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO/Director’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the CEO/Director.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using Advanced Excel and other tools.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information at all times.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in project coordination, task tracking, and priority management.
  • Organize files, documents, and digital records in a systematic manner.
  • Work closely with senior leadership teams for administrative and operational support.
  • Manage communication between the CEO/Director and various departments.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of executive-level operations and requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Apple ecosystem:
  • Apple Air laptop / MacBook
  • macOS operating system
  • Apple apps (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data analysis).
  • Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Strong email drafting, documentation, and business communication ability.
  • Experience in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating executives.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Good understanding of corporate etiquette and leadership support.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working as an EA in a corporate or real estate environment.
  • Strong understanding of Excel dashboards, reporting formats, and data management.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, software, and workflows.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
