You will work closely with senior leadership and play an important role in ensuring projects, meetings, and tasks are completed on time.

✔️ Support the reporting manager with scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups

✔️ Coordinate communication with team members, vendors, and stakeholders

✔️ Prepare reports, notes, and summaries with accuracy and clarity

✔️ Handle basic documentation, data entry, and tracking

✔️ Assist in planning meetings, presentations, and internal communication

✔️ Maintain a professional, organised, and confidential work environment

✔️ Provide support in various administrative and office management tasks

📌 Excellent organisational and time-management skills

📌 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi

📌 Comfortable using WhatsApp, Email, MS Office / Google Workspace

📌 Ability to take initiative and follow through without constant supervision
