About the Company

• customer service. We are looking for a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support
• our senior management and contribute to the smooth functioning of daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative and executive support tasks
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
• Handle travel arrangements including ticket booking & itinerary management
• Attend client calls, coordinate with customers & maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain confidential records, files, & documentation
• Assist in office coordination and internal follow-ups
• Support management with day-to-day operational tasks
• Ensure smooth communication across departments & with external stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in scheduling, email management, and client coordination
• Knowledge of travel booking (flights, trains, hotels)
• Good command over MS Office & basic computer applications
• Ability to multitask, prioritise & work independently
• Professional, organised & disciplined work approach

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in jewellery or the luxury retail industry preferred (not mandatory)
• Positive attitude, presentable appearance, and strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
