Location: Kochi, Kerala

BuildOwn Developers Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in premium real estate development, is looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to directly support our Managing Director. This is a key role for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle diverse responsibilities with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, meetings.
• Handle confidential correspondence and communication.
• Coordinate between departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist in project tracking, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Support in documentation & presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Management background preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Salary: 30000 to 50000
