Builddown Developers Pvt. Ltd. – one of Kerala’s leading real estate brands – is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage our brand presence across all major digital platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
• Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitors to optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
• Content Writing – Skilled in producing creative, accurate, and engaging content tailored for diverse platforms and target audiences.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management or coordination
• Strong understanding of branding, real estate marketing trends, and content strategy
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and content writing skills
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or similar
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, video Production, content writing, and digital marketing to effectively manage and coordinate creative teams
