As an Executive Assistant for the Managing Director at our office located near Manisha chokadi in Akota, Vadodara, your role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include: - **Administrative Support:** - Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. - Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication with professionalism. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - **Meeting Coordination:** - Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place. - Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items. - Prepare the Director for meetings with relevant documentation and agendas. - **Project Management:** - Assist in coordinating special projects and tracking their progress. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. - **Travel and Event Management:** - Organize domestic and international travel arrangements and event logistics. - Support in organizing events, conferences, and gatherings. - **Expense Management:** - Track and submit expenses for approval, ensuring adherence to company policies. - Prepare reports on expenses and provide summaries to the Director. - **Liaison and Communication:** - Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Additionally, this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
