Job Description

Role Summary:

To support the Managing Director by serving as the MD’s right hand, ensuring seamless execution across calendars, travel, meetings, stakeholders and confidential projects.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive & Strategic Support

·

·        Manage a dynamic calendar, scheduling across multiple time zones with buffers and prep blocks.

·        Gatekeep and triage inbound requests, filtering priorities and protecting MD’s time.

·        Draft crisp executive communications (emails, notes, presentations, MoM).

·        Conduct research and prepare comparative analyses with decision recommendations.

2. Stakeholder & Visitor Management

·

·        Liaise with internal teams (Projects, Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing) for updates and follow-ups.

·        Maintain warm, polished interactions with external partners, clients and government authorities.

·        Use AI/automation tools for drafting, scheduling, and reporting efficiencies.

·        Ensure daily/weekly reports with status, risk and next steps.

·        Maintain disciplined document management: version control, SOPs, checklists.

·        Track follow-ups and drive closure of commitments.

·        Handle highly sensitive information and data with utmost confidentiality.

·        Uphold professional judgment in all internal and external dealings.

6. Travel & Logistics

·

·        Ensure visa, documentation, loyalty programs, seat/hotel preferences are in order.

·        Coordinate ground transport, late check-ins, and contingency plans.


Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Postgraduate degree in any discipline. MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

·

·        Track record of managing complex calendars, travel, and stakeholder engagements.

·        Strong references validating reliability, accuracy, and discretion.
