Role & responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.

2. Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence. Attend meetings, take minutes

and follow up on action items.

3. Coordinate with internal departments for project updates and reports.

4. Maintain filing systems and document management.

5. Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and details oriented Executive Assistant

to support the Managing Director in a dynamic manufacturing industry. This role

involves managing schedules, coordinating communication, supporting strategic

initiatives and handling confidential and concrete decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Post graduate. Preferably an MBA.

2. Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as an EA or similar role in manufacturing

industry.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

4. Strong written and oral communication.

5. Proficient in MS Office.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
