Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

● Manage emails, information, and other communications; answer where possible – highlight and prioritise those that need MD attention

● Plan and maintain MD’s calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organise and set agendas and action points for all his meetings.

● Act as ‘follow-up Manager’ across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.

● Type up notes, emails, presentations, and reports; circulate and file information effectively.Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Drafting letters, memos, and presentations.

● Book transport and accommodation as and when required.

● Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings, off-site quarterly days, and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points.

● Collaborate effectively with all staff, clients, and suppliers

● Provide good relationship management with the client

● Deliver timely and outstanding assigned tasks, assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Support the Managing Director in decision-making processes and provide input on key business initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

· Education: A Master's in Business Administration or a related field is often preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.

· Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, for effective communication with various stakeholders.

· Microsoft Office Proficiency:

Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential for document creation, data management, and communication.

· Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations is crucial.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
