Position Title: Executive Assistant to Director
Location: Kundali
Reporting To: Director

Job Purpose

The Executive Assistant to the Director will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to ensure efficient management of the Director’s office. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to assist in decision-making, scheduling, and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Draft, review, and manage business documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Operational & Business Support

  • Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, proposals, and other documentation as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Support the Director in managing key projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

Confidentiality & Relationship Management

  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal staff, clients, and business partners.
  • Represent the Director professionally in meetings and external communications.

Event & Travel Management

  • Organize company events, conferences, and board meetings.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including accommodations and logistics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management or directors.
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
