Position: Executive Assistant to Entrepreneur (Full-Time)

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the founder’s right hand for day-to-day coordination and communication
• Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
• Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and email drafts
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business communication
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Track project progress, create summaries, and flag key action points
• Support in business development, research, and documentation as needed

You should have:

• Exceptional communication skills (spoken and written English)
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite)
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
• A professional attitude with high integrity
• Prior experience in a similar role (preferred, but not mandatory)
