A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant is required. Key responsibilities: Proficiency in collaboration, delegation and strong Follow Up of scheduled / delegated tasks. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities Taking Minutes of meeting & follow-up with the staff. Co-ordination with HODs, communication with vendors and independently responding to emails. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries / Calendar of the CEO Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and Vendors Excellent knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office skills, and good knowledge of Google sheets, forms, etc Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Experience: EA: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
