About The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to serve as the right-hand partner to the CEO of Foreignerds.com. This role goes far beyond traditional assistance—it is about running the agency day-to-day, enabling the CEO to focus on driving sales, marketing, lead generation, and strategic growth.The ideal candidate will be a proactive operator with strong leadership, organizational, and business acumen, capable of handling cross-functional responsibilities and ensuring the overall health of the agency. You will act as the CEO’s trusted partner—executing priorities, managing stakeholders, and driving initiatives that directly contribute to growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Act as the CEO’s #2, overseeing the execution of company-wide initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead day-to-day operations across functions, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
- Monitor and report on the overall health of the agency (financials, pipeline, client health, and operational KPIs).
- Drive accountability across departments by ensuring deadlines, goals, and deliverables are met.
- Sales, Marketing & Partnerships Support
- Support the CEO in sales, lead generation, and business development activities, including pipeline management and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaign execution, proposal preparation, and outreach efforts are aligned with growth goals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with vendors, agencies, and consulting partners to strengthen Foreignerds’ strategic ecosystem.
- Conduct market research to identify new vertical opportunities and revenue streams.
- AI & Innovation Enablement
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and tools, identifying opportunities to leverage them for efficiency, client value, and profitability.
- Propose and implement automation or AI-driven strategies that can scale operations and enhance client delivery.
- Execution & Coordination
- Own the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and partners.
- Ensure the CEO’s time is spent on the highest-value activities by handling coordination, prioritization, and execution of operational tasks.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring communication and clarity of direction.
