Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support founders in executing strategic and operational tasks
Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Make.com, Jasper, etc., to build automations or research workflows
Coordinate with internal teams (tech, design, sales, etc.) to track progress and unblock tasks
Assist in preparing pitch decks, presentations, and internal documents
Research new tools, vendors, and solutions aligned with ongoing projects
Help manage project timelines and ensure smooth execution
Act as a bridge between clients and founders to ensure smooth, timely communication and task follow-ups
Contribute to founder-led projects and, as the idea scales, take ownership by managing a small team around it.

Note

This role requires a minimum commitment of 2 years.
