Job Description

As an Executive Assistant at SEAS (Seamless Education and Services Pvt. Ltd.), you will work closely with C-level executives to provide essential administrative support and ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Administrative Support: - Manage and organize executive schedules, meetings, appointments, conferences, and travel arrangements. - Screen calls, visitors, and correspondence to maintain executive efficiency. - Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes when necessary. - Coordinate executive communications, including emails, reports, and presentations. - Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. - Travel and Logistics Management: - Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries. - Prepare travel-related documentation such as visas, expense reports, and reimbursement claims. - Project Management and Research: - Assist in managing key projects, tracking progress, setting deadlines, and ensuring successful completion. - Conduct research, compile data for reports, presentations, and strategic decision-making. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support project goals. - Communication and Relationship Management: - Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. - Facilitate communication and collaboration within the organization and with external partners. - Build strong professional relationships with team members, clients, and key stakeholders. - Document Preparation and Management: - Draft, edit, and proofread documents including reports, emails, and presentations. - Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents for easy accessibility. - Event and Meeting Coordination: - Plan and organize company events, meetings, team activities, and other gatherings. - Ensure efficient handling of logistics, from venue selection to catering and A/V setup. - Other Duties as Assigned: - Take on additional responsibilities to support the executive in various business operations and personal matters as required. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required). - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to adapt to firm-specific programs. - Proficiency in collaboration, delegation, organization, project management, and problem-solving. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. You would play a crucial role in supporting executives, managing projects, and fostering strong relationships within and outside the organization.,
