Designation : Executive Assistant to CEO Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bangalore (Bommanahalli) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires exceptional coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEOs calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Plan, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring alignment with key business priorities. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Monitor and follow up on tasks, projects, and commitments to ensure timely execution. Assist in coordinating corporate events, board meetings, and special projects. Perform general administrative support including email management, correspondence, and document preparation. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting Chief-level executives. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
