🗓️ Working Days: Monday- Saturday

⏰ Work Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM

📌 Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience

🤝 Client: Broadcast media production and distribution client

Budget: Upto - 12LPA

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Founder/Co-Founder. This role is central to keeping our leadership focused, aligned, and effective. You’ll be managing calendars, communications, and priorities while acting as a trusted partner to the executive office.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for the Founder/Co-Founder.

● Handle communications, emails, and follow-ups with professionalism and discretion.

● Coordinate and prepare for meetings—agendas, materials, notes, and action items.

● Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries.

● Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.

● Support strategic initiatives by tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress.

● Maintain confidentiality at all times while handling sensitive information.

Requirements

● 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

● Strong background in calendar management and executive support.

● Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication.

● Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms.

● Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
