Executive AssistantExecutive Assistant to Managing DirectorLocation: AhmedabadPresent Role Executive Assistant to Managing DirectorReporting Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MDProvide full administrative and executive support to the MDManage calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communication
Conduct strong follow-ups on all action items, both internal and externalHandle office coordination responsibilities as needed
Assist with documentation, filing, and basic reportingMaintain confidentiality and demonstrate absolute integritySkill Set Required:Exceptional follow-up skills this is the most important requirement
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and WordGood written and verbal communication in EnglishKnowledge of shorthand is an added advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesShould be honest, reliable, and adaptableWillingness to learn and be trained if needed
Qualifications:Graduate/ post graduate or relevant secretarial/administrative programMinimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Office CoordinatorPreference will be given to candidates with steady career history (not frequent job changes)Optional points for the JD may be included at the discretion of the hiring team
Working hours 9:15 AM 6:45 PMWorking Days- MONDAY SATURDAYOthersMarried, preferably with kids (personal responsibilities well-managed in her absence)Female candidate onlyStaying 45 mins travelling time from Ahmedabad officeThere should be job stability, not someone who has been jumping jobs often
