About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in Commerce to provide administrative and financial support. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally and Zoho, with hands-on experience in managing accounts, documentation, and day-to-day office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level assistance including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
• Handle accounting tasks such as entries, reconciliations, invoices, and expense management using Tally.
• Manage and update records on Zoho Books/Zoho CRM as required.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial summaries, and documentation.
• Support in budget monitoring, fund flow, and cash flow tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist in compliance, audits, and filing requirements.
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant/Accounts Assistant/Admin Executive.
• Proficiency in Tally and Zoho is a must.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
