Urgent Hiring || Executive Assistant || Hyderabad


Job Title:

Experience : Min 10 Years

CTC : Upto 7.2 lpa (Depend on the interview)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare internal and external communications, memos, presentations, and reports
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action items
  • Assist with office management tasks and special projects as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional and strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with calendar and email management tools (Google Workspace, Outlook, etc.)
  • Internship or volunteer experience in an administrative or support role
  • Knowledge of project management or CRM tools is a plus
