Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the MD’s calendar, travel, meetings, and communication
• Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate key projects, track progress, and prepare high-level reports
• Assist in the development of strategic initiatives and business plans
• Draft presentations, business summaries, proposals, and confidential documents
• Contribute ideas, conduct research, and support business development efforts
• Take ownership of special projects with minimal direction
• Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and professional representation at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years

  of proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior leader or entrepreneur
• Background in

  engineering

  is a must;

  MBA

  is highly preferred
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think proactively and critically
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, productivity tools, and digital platforms
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and adaptability in high-stakes environments

• Qualification:

  Engineering degree (preferred); MBA Mandatory
