3D Design Engineer – Facade Experience: 4-5 years in 3D modeling, preferably in facade design We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Design Engineer specializing in facades to join our team. This role requires expertise in developing high-quality 3D models, technical drawings, and visual presentations for complex facade systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facade engineering, materials, structural integration, and architectural aesthetics . Key Responsibilities: 3D Design & Visualization Create accurate and high-quality 3D models for facade designs, considering structural, material, and aesthetic aspects. Develop innovative facade concepts that balance design, performance, and functionality. Generate realistic renders, animations, and visualizations to support design presentations. Modify and improve existing designs to enhance durability, efficiency, and aesthetics. Technical Development & Documentation Develop detailed technical drawings, 3D layouts, and fabrication-ready designs using CAD and BIM software. Ensure all models and drawings comply with engineering standards, building codes, and project specifications. Maintain and update a database of facade components, materials, and structural details for reference. Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings for facade fabrication and installation. Material Selection & Structural Integration Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and facade systems based on performance, cost, and environmental impact. Work closely with engineers to ensure structural feasibility, thermal efficiency, and weather resistance of facade designs. Optimize fabrication and installation processes by integrating modular and prefabricated facade solutions. Collaboration & Presentation Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and facade consultants to align design intent with project requirements. Support the sales and technical teams by preparing 3D models, presentations, and design proposals for clients. Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings to present concepts and technical solutions. Finalization & Quality Assurance Develop initial sketches, design concepts, and prototype models for review and approval. Identify design flaws, material inconsistencies, and potential construction issues, recommending improvements. Ensure final designs are aesthetically appealing, functional, and cost-effective, while meeting industry best practices and safety regulations. What We’re Looking For: 4-5 years of experience in 3D modeling and facade design for buildings, infrastructure, or high-rise projects. Strong knowledge of facade engineering principles, facade systems, and installation methods. Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, or SolidWorks) and 3D visualization tools. Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is desirable. Understanding of building materials, facade performance, and sustainability principles. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to develop efficient and innovative design solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Attention to detail, with a keen eye for design precision and accuracy. Why Join Us?
