Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for senior executives, ensuring efficient time management. • Coordinate internal and external meetings, video conferences, and client engagements. • Draft and review high-quality communication materials, including emails, reports, and presentations. • Assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for key meetings. • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. • Support travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, bookings, and expense management. • Conduct background research, compile data, and prepare briefs or executive summaries. • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. • Help with project tracking and ensure timely completion of key deliverables
Min 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in consulting or professional services. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Professional demeanor with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities. • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). • Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
