Key Responsibilities: Key Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts across architects, interior designers, developers, and institutional clients. Build and maintain long- term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored lighting solutions that meet client needs and timelines. Drive revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients across the architecture, retail, hospitality, IT and other commercial sectors. Conduct market research to uncover trends and competitive insights. Generate leads through industry networking, cold outreach, trade events, and digital channels. Present company offerings and lighting solutions to prospective clients in a consultative manner. Sales Execution & Reporting Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and pricing structures. Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on key metrics to the sales leadership team.
