  9. Qualifications: Graduate/Bachelors degree in Business Administration or CA Inter

  10. Job Purpose



  • The Executive Assistant (EA) will support the Managing Director (MD) in all aspects of their work, including managing appointments, diary management, travel arrangements, and accommodation. The EA will also be responsible for managing schedules, producing agendas, taking minutes, and preparing all key paperwork for meetings.



  1. Principal Accountabilities



  1. Calculation and MIS : Manage calculations and prepare Management Information Systems (MIS) reports as needed.

  2. Organizational Skills : Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks.

  3. Quick Grasping Ability : Demonstrate a keen ability to understand and process information quickly.

  4. Travel Coordination : Travel with the MD as required, ensuring all travel logistics are handled efficiently.

  5. Attention to Detail : Be meticulous in all tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  6. Microsoft Office Proficiency : Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create documents, reports, and presentations.

  7. Communication Skills : Maintain excellent communication and understanding with internal and external stakeholders.

  1. Decisions Made Independently:



  • Scheduling and prioritizing the MD s appointments and meetings.

  • Managing travel logistics without needing prior approval.



  1. Recommendations to Superiors :



  • Recommendations for scheduling changes based on priorities.

  • Proposals for improvements in administrative processes to enhance efficiency.



  1. Skills and Knowledge



  1. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  2. Technical Skills : Proficient in relevant software and tools for documentation and reporting.

  3. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  4. Strategic Skills : Ability to think strategically and provide insights based on information.



  1. Educational Qualifications :



  • Graduate/Bachelors degree in Business Administration or CA Inter Qualified.



  • Functional Skills :
