Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive support, manage schedules and appointments, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information. The role involves preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations while ensuring smooth administrative operations. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders will be key to supporting the Managing Director’s day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling tasks
Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage confidential information, and demonstrate attention to detail
Proven ability to organize and coordinate tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
