Key Responsibilities

🧍 Reception & Front Office (30%)
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional, warm attitude
  • Manage phone lines, front-desk emails, deliveries, and meeting room bookings
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and first impressions of the office reception area
📋 HR Support (40%)
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, leave data, and documentation
  • Help coordinate interviews, HR events, and internal communications
  • Support payroll, attendance, and compliance coordination with HR head
🗂 Executive Assistance (30%)
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and logistics for senior management
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel, and reporting tasks
  • Draft emails, presentations, and reports as needed

Requirements

  • 🎓

    MBA in Human Resources

    Must-have
  • 1–3 years of work experience in HR/admin/executive support roles preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR tools
